Hosted in an intimate setting at a local establishment, the evening will feature a carefully curated selection of remarkable expressions from The Last Drop collection, accompanied by thoughtfully prepared small bites.

An occasion to experience whiskies rarely opened, explore the stories behind these exceptional bottles, and share an evening among those with a genuine appreciation for the finest spirits.

This is not a traditional wh***ey tasting. It is a rare opportunity to experience a collection that few will encounter in their lifetime.

🌲 Redwood Empire — The Hyperion Batch 001

A pretty wild blend from Redwood Empire’s newest limited-release series.

Hyperion brings together four styles of American wh***ey:

32% Bourbon
30% Rye
25% Wheat Wh***ey
13% American Single Malt

The components range from 7 to 14 years old, spanning more than 10 mash bills, and the final blend is bottled unfiltered at 110 proof.

The name comes from Hyperion, the towering coastal redwood recognized as the tallest known living tree in the world.

An ambitious blend on paper — and one of the more interesting Redwood Empire releases we’ve seen.
