Good Morning Lake James!!

Kitchen staying closed today because of the staffing shortage for today specifically.
NO BREAKFAST TODAY.

However the kitchen will re-open tomorrow Sunday to serve some delicious homemade southern breakfast.

Update: Kitchen staying closed for today. Mondays are off usually. Will Re-open back Tuesday.

Reason: Nobody to operate the store shift. Therefore just like everything else it all falls on me in the end.

Sanity check: Not too good. No matter how relentless I choose to be in my endeavor I always come to the realization that I am just ONE individual. One relentless individual still cannot win wars without an army to back him up.

Resolution: I won't give up but I will have to stay alive today to fight another day.

I won't say sorry because I am not apologizing for circumstances outside of my control but I will promise that one day, things will turn around and we will prevail.

Haven't heard from us lately .. 🤔

Well here's the sneak peek at what's to come very soon to our menu.

- Hand-battered onion rings.
- Scratch-made fried pickles. We like it sooooo scratch-made that we even pickled them ourselves.
- Fried Green tomatoes for breakfast menu.

Minor schedule change with Breakfast.
In light of the grand task at hand (i.e. phase 2 breakfast menu and starting lunch service back) I will need Mondays off. 🤷🏻‍♂️

We are a 2 person team currently which will need to grow very very soon (hint hint) but the bigger the leap ahead, the more the steps taken back. Y'all get the idea.
