It's me. The Morenci Deli bulldog.

I know some of you are probably wondering if the gang at Morenci Deli forgot about me.

I mean, they brought me here.

They gave me a place to stay.

They introduced me to all of you.

They let me hang out by the ice cream.

But they still haven't given me a name.

Can you believe that?

I've just been "the bulldog" this whole time.

Now, to be fair, Hobby and the team have been pretty busy making food, crafting the very best ice cream treats, serving customers, and doing all the other important human things. So I guess I can forgive them.

But I hear a poll is coming soon so all of YOU can help pick my official name!

(And before anyone asks... there's a very good chance it won't be Beavis. Probably.)

Until then, I just wanted to say thank you.

Thank you for supporting Morenci Deli.

Thank you for being kind to the people who work here.

Thank you for helping Hobby and his team create a place that feels like home.

The Morenci Downtown Summer Kickoff Block Party is happening this evening, and it's shaping up to be a great time for everyone!

Please note that our gas pumps and parking lot will be closed beginning sometime between 3:00 and 3:30 p.m. as preparations get underway.

The festivities officially begin at 6:00 p.m. and will feature:

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 A chance to enjoy a summer evening with friends, family, and neighbors

Connor stopped by Morenci Deli with his mama, who treated herself to a Pineapple Dole Whip on a warm day.

Now, Connor didn't get the Dole Whip. He was just there for quality control... and maybe to make sure his human wasn't having all the fun.

Our Pineapple Dole Whip is smooth, refreshing, and packed with tropical flavor. Want to mix things up? You can even get it twisted with vanilla soft serve for a sweet pineapple-and-cream combination that's hard to beat.

As for Connor, he seemed perfectly content just being part of the adventure and soaking up all the attention. And honestly, with a face like that, who could blame him?

Sometimes making life beautiful is something big.

Sometimes it's helping a neighbor.

Sometimes it's checking in on a friend.

And sometimes... it's as simple as sharing a smile, holding a door, buying somebody a cup of coffee, or surprising them with an ice cream cone.

We spend a lot of time talking about food at Morenci Deli, but the truth is that the best part of this place has always been the people. The conversations at the counter. The familiar faces. The customers who look out for each other and support local businesses.

So today, if you get the chance, do one small thing to make somebody's day a little brighter.
