Rosé Walk Around Tasting: May 6th from 6pm to 8pm.

With Spring in full swing and Summer just around the bend, we thought it would be fun to do a Rosé tasting in our backyard* ei. the Turtle and Wolf Patio! (We love those guys!) For lovers of Rose or Newbies alike, this event will be fun for all!

We will be showing over 20 roses from the most current release and a few back vintages for fun. Take a casual stroll and try new things from countries all over the world or pick and choose your favorites. We will have small bites and cheese to pair from our cheese counter for your palate cleanser.

This is a very fun way to taste what the season has to offer and pick your favorite for the summer! Tickets are required, $40 per person. We will have the rosé in stock to sell afterwards in store. Bring your friends and call your babysitter! Come make it a fun night to remember!

Today, at the Montclair location from 4 to 7pm, we will be tasting some fantastic wines from the Czech Republic, or Czechia! This is one of our very favorite wine regions here at Grape Collective Montclair!

Czech wine history spans millennia, with viticulture rooted in Roman times and flourishing during the Middle Ages, particularly in Bohemia and Moravia, before facing challenges from war, phylloxera, and communism, but experiencing a resurgence in recent decades.

With an long history of making wine, they grow native grapes and old familiar favorites. For today’s sip sesh, we’ve got a delicious red and white for you to try! **********************************************Slovenian wine traces its history back to the early Celtic and Illyrian tribes who lived on this land prior to the Romans. In fact, vine had been grown in Slovenia between 5th and 4th Centuries BC, long before the Romans even introduced winemaking to the territories of France, Spain and Germany. **********************************************

We’ve got a lot happening here at the shop this weekend and into next week. Today and tomorrow from 4 to 7pm, we will be hosting two wine tastings to help you snuggle up for the weekend of love. Next Wednesday, we have our first GC Afterhours Event of the year, ‘Explore Croatia’ at 6pm!
