👋Introducing one of our newest, spooky delicious cheese arrivals! 💀 Meet Moses Reaper from Jasper Hill Farm in Vermont— a limited-release, Halloween-themed, soft-ripened jack o’lantern orange colored cheese wrapped in a beautifully bloomy rind and thin layer of vegetable ash. Moses instructs you to “Cut with a guillotine and spread my orange innards on crusty bread.” 🧡 He also “scares well with” hot honey, ectoplasm, candy corn, and blackberry preserves. 🖊️Guests will explore the art of blackout poetry, transforming pre-selected pages from literature into new works of expression, guided by prompts and techniques that encourage discovery and play.

🥃Each wh***ey is paired with a literary region or theme, inviting participants to taste, reflect, and craft simultaneously. From Japanese novels to Scottish poetry and beyond, the pages and the drams serve as inspiration for words, moods, and imagery, creating a unique intersection of flavor and expression.

No prior poetry experience is needed — just a curious mind, a pen, and a willingness to experiment. By the end of the session, guests leave not only with a refined palate, but also with their own original works of blackout poetry!

🥃 COCKTAIL TIME with Sam (Sam Labernik-Anderson)! Meet That Was John — a little mysterious and a whole lot delicious. We have questions about John, but honestly? If this is what he’s bringing to the table, we’ll hear him out. 😂

Here’s what you need:
* 1 oz SLL Rhum Clement Oloroso Barrel 🥃
* 1 oz Lo-Fi Aperitifs Gentian Amaro 🌿
* 1 oz Saveiro Madeira 🍷

How to make it:
1. Add everything to a stirring glass 🥃
2. Add ice & stir for ~30 seconds ❄️
3. Strain over a big cube into a rocks glass 🧊

Join us Wednesday, October 21st from 5–7 PM for our first-ever C***R FLIGHT NIGHT with Keepsake Cidery co-founders Tracy Jonkman & Nate Watters.

Tracy and Nate craft high-quality c***r in Dundas, MN! At their organic farm, just south of Northfield, they cultivate over 5,000 apple trees on 25 acres (PLUS pears, plums, grapes, and berries). They craft their c***rs from local apples using traditional methods, utilizing spontaneous fermentation with no added sugars, sulfites, or additives. 🥂

Come sip and chat with Tracy and Nate, and hear the story behind Keepsake Cidery, or simply relax and enjoy the evening at your own pace!
