and I partnered again this year to brew a huge imperial stout, only instead of 15 gallons we did 30 gallons this year! Brew day just happened and everything went great. Loved having some friends join the brew day process. HUGE shoutout to for being out brewing supplier for this brew day. Any homebrewer looking for a new spot since Northern Brewer closed should check them out! The owner, Tim, even joined us on our brew day. After this ferments it will be transferred into a Rye barrel to sleep@for several months. Can’t wait for this beer to be ready! Only about 365 more days 😭
