Jesus Perez dropped $10 on a Loteria Grande scratcher in San Jose, and it took a double look to see that he’d won. “When I scratched it, I thought I hadn’t won anything, and I felt sad,” Perez told the news. “But before tossing it away, I decided to check one last time.”
