🍓🏝️ Strawberry Hennessy Island Cocktail 🏝️🍓

Ingredients:

For the Base:

0.5 oz Blue Curaçao syrup (non-alcoholic)​

For the Cocktail:

0.5 oz Strawberry vodka​

0.5 oz Peach schnapps​

0.5 oz Triple sec​

0.5 oz Fresh lime juice​

2 oz Lemonade​

1 oz Hennessy (to float)​

Garnish:

Lime wheel​

Maraschino cherry​

Directions:

Prepare the Glass:

Pour the blue curaçao syrup into the base of a hurricane glass.​

Gently fill the glass with ice, allowing the syrup to remain at the bottom.​

Mix the Cocktail:

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the strawberry vodka, peach schnapps, triple sec, fresh lime juice, and lemonade.​

Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.​

Layer the Drink:

Slowly strain the shaken mixture over the back of a spoon into the prepared glass to preserve the layering over the blue curaçao syrup.​

Float the Hennessy:

Using the back of a bar spoon, gently float the Hennessy on top of the drink.​

Garnish and Serve:

Add a lime wheel and a maraschino cherry on top.​

Serve immediately and enjoy!
