When we asked for your "Best Kept Secret" last week, you guys flooded us with amazing local legends and hidden gems. But one story sent straight to our inbox immediately caught our attention.

Meet Ed Postma. For 20 years, Ed kept this area running as a local plumber. Now, he’s living his dream running The Snack Shack right here in Middleville!

If you walk in, you'll see fully stocked coolers, snacks (of course!), w**e, smokes and live bait. But their absolute best-kept secret is the hot food. Every single day, Ed serves up a rotating menu of hot, grab-and-go meals that you don't want to miss.

The Local Cheat Code:
🌮 Tuesdays: Wet Burritos & Nachos
🍖 Fridays: Ed's Ribs (we've heard they're the best in the area!)

Let’s rally around a local guy living out his dream. Stop in this week, grab lunch, and tell them Barry County Connects sent you!
