A great white to start the week! 🥂

Paitin Roero Arneis Elisa 2025 is very floral and perfumed, with gorgeous aromatics, freshness, and beautiful texture from six months on the lees.

The wine is named after Elisa Elia, who managed and preserved the family winery through the difficult years of World War II.

Simply a really great Arneis and a beautiful expression of Piedmont.

We’re pouring one out for a true legend of Abruzzo, Emidio Pepe 🍷

He founded his estate in 1964 and never changed course. Trebbiano still foot trodden, reds hand destemmed, everything fermented with native yeasts and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Now carried forward by his daughters and granddaughter.

We have three vintages of the Montepulciano, 2000, 2002, and 2008, alongside the 2021 Trebbiano. A rare chance to taste six decades of his legacy.

Back in April, we had the chance to meet Cédric Moussé in Miami and taste through his entire lineup. A 12th-generation grower from the Vallée de la Marne, Cédric crafts Meunier-focused Champagnes with incredible purity, freshness, and precision.

• Eugene Blanc de Noirs – Zero dosage, bright, mineral, and full of old-vine character.
• Eugene Rosé Zero Dosage– Fresh red fruit, grapefruit, creamy mousse, and beautifully dry.

Last night we tasted some delicious French wines during an open house at Château St. Marie, a new French-inspired estate in Pinecrest. Here’s the lineup:

* Champagne Drappier Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature: super fine bubbles and great elegance.
* Dezat Sancerre: the favorite for a warm Miami night. Bright, citrus driven, with a stony minerality and incredible freshness.
* Château Langoa Barton Saint Julien 2016: an outstanding vintage showing great balance after 10 years of age.
