My Father - Flor De La Antilles 6” x 52

The Flor de las Antilles name is a reference to Cuba, the largest island in the Caribbean's Antilles. This Nicaraguan puro is box pressed, with a very beautiful band that portrays artwork from the early 20th century. This delicious cigar has been selected as the #1 Cigar of the Year 2012 by Cigar Aficionado, for it is a complex, medium bodied stick that delights the palate with subtle spice and rich flavor. Flor de las Antillas is made in the My Father Ci**rs factory in Esteli, Nicaragua with a Sun Grown Nicaraguan wrapper.

Drew Estate - Pappy Van Winkle 6” x 52

The Pappy Van Winkle Barrel Fermented cigar is a long-filler, premium cigar rolled in limited quantities at La Gran Fabrica Drew Estate in Estelí, Nicaragua. Deep barrel fermentation is the key process that makes this expression vastly different from anything on the market. Hand selected leaves from Kentucky are packed into small torquettes (or bundles of to***co), which are then loaded strategically into oak bourbon barrels. Water is then added, while immense pressure is applied to the torquettes via railroad jacks. The to***co is removed 2-3 times per year, shaken out, then repacked. The total process of fermentation takes 12-18 months, leaving a truly unique flavor profile and aroma.
This medium to full-bodied stick features a dual wrapper that consists of a Mexican San Andres leaf topped off by a Kentucky Tapa Negra leaf, which has been barrel-aged for twelve to eighteen months. The wrappers are expertly draped over a Nicaraguan binder, and a filler made of Kentucky and Nicaraguan to***cos. This specially curated blend has a warm woody aroma with subtle hints of spice and floral. Once lit, it exudes soothing notes of vanilla and oak with touches of spice.

My Father La Promesa

La Promesa, 'The Promise,' refers to the promise made by company patriarch Jose 'Pepin' Garcia to his family before leaving his native Cuba. He promised to prove himself, to make something of himself in the cigar world outside of Cuba. He promised to honor his family and his to***co heritage. According to My Father, the company as it stands today with its farms in Nicaragua and factories in both Nicaragua and Miami is the fulfillment of that promise.

My Father-La Promesa is covered in a dark, Ecuadoran Habano Rosado Oscuro wrapper, with binder and filler to***cos from the Garcia family farms in Nicaragua.

The Illusione Gigantes is a handmade boutique cigar full of flavor and medium in body. It features a blend of Nicaraguan Criollo '98 and Corojo '99, and is finished with a 'Capa Rustica' San Andreas Wrapper. Medium to full-bodied and very complex; it showcases an earthy aroma with hints of cocoa, salted nuts, leather and spices. The wrapper provides a sweet creaminess with floral hints.
