We regret to inform you all, the State of Indiana has voted to DOUBLE the state V**e Tax. This is a NON-EXICSE Tax, meaning it was folded into the state’s budget plan for the next two fiscal years (HB1001). This is also why there has been very little communication or pushback regarding these changes. This is and should be seen as an attack on hundreds of thousands of adult Hoosiers looking to live a smoke-free, harm reduction lifestyle. We apologize for the late notice. The State of Indiana and the Indiana Department of Revenue failed to notify us of these changes until 6.27.25 (4 days prior to the tax starting)
The New Indiana V**e Tax as of July 1st, 2025, is:
30% (was 15%) of the RETAIL price on E-Liquids, Coils, Pods,Tanks, Kits, Etc.
Does NOT include Mods sold by themselves & Lithium-Ion Battery Cells
Disposables (classified as Closed System Cartridges) Tax will DOUBLE at the Wholesale Level
Other To***co Products (Ni****ne Pouches, Ni****ne Gum, etc.) Tax will increase by 20% at the Wholesale Level approximately (Taxed by Weight)
Ci******es will also be getting a tax increase by an additional $2 per pack
Ci******es will still be more expensive than va**ng.
If you feel like the taxation of these harm reduction products is an attack on your lifestyle and the well being of ALL adult (21+) v**ers in the state of Indiana; we encourage you to contact your local representative. Depending on where you live the state representatives are:
