Good morning! 🎄

Just a reminder to all of the Melrose peeps, that Beacon Hill Wine and Gourmet is no more. There are new owners, and a completely different concept.

I've had a few people reach out in the past few weeks and ask why I have changed things, and the reality is I haven't. Someone else has....

Change can be hard to adjust to, but the store has different owners and a different name. 🫶🏼

I wish we were still picking out the perfect wines for your holiday table. But, I will be back in retail in 2025, just not the adult beverage industry. Stay tuned!! 🤫

Today would have been the 15th anniversary of our Melrose store and the entrance into our 16th holiday season in the 02176.🎉 While selling was bittersweet, and may be something I wish I didn't have to do -- the reality is, the timing was right. The landscape of the industry has changed, the landscape of the ownerships in the industry have changed, and the independent stores-- are sadly going away. It might change back someday, but for now... we left the industry at the right time. ❤️

But I will forever and always be proud of our mark made in the history of Melrose. 🥂 I hope you enjoyed all that we brought to Main Street, because I cherished each and every one of you who walked through our doors. #02176
