Not your usual Thursday at Pairings. We’re having a Holmes Cay Rum and Espinosa event tonight. I’m drinking the 2006 Belize - a wonderful compliment to my Espinosa Crema. Aside from getting to drink amazing spirits and smoke fabulous ci**rs, the very best part of this business is meeting wonderful people who become friends. Relationships matter - getting to know people and hearing their stories is the best part. The older I get, the more curious I’ve become.
