After 5 incredible years, it is with a heavy heart that we announce that Hank’s General Store will be temporarily closing beginning Friday, May 15th, 2026, pending the sale of the business.
We want to sincerely thank this community for the overwhelming support, loyalty, and friendships that have meant so much to us over the years. From the locals who stopped in every day, to the seasonal visitors who made Hank’s part of their tradition — you helped make this store more than just a business. You made it part of the community.
This decision was not made lightly, and while change is never easy, we remain hopeful for the future of Hank’s General Store and what may come next for this longtime community business.
We ask everyone to continue supporting local businesses throughout our community and to remember all of the hard-working people who help keep small-town businesses running every day.
