Hello Everyone,

We recently found out Aitkin county passed an ordinance banning the sale of all flavored to***co products including chewing to***co. This also includes menthol ci******es. I was told by Brea Hamdorf, from Aitkin County Health and Human Services this is to prevent youth smoking. So now our County is passing laws telling you what you can, and cannot buy as an adult. This is a huge hit to our business, and your rights as an American citizen. Aitkin County does not have the right to restrict your legal purchase of to***co. That is not the purpose of government! Clearly Aitkin County does not support small business, or your rights as an American. Reach out to your local Commissioner, County Board, Health & Human Services, anyone at the County who will listen and have your voice heard about this violation of your rights!!
