La Vie en Rose is a farmhouse ale re-fermented on the raspberries from Jester King Atrial Rubicite.

The ratio of fruit to beer is very high for Atrial Rubicite (6 pounds per gallon), so La Vie en Rose has a lot of fruit character even though it’s from the second re-fermentation of the raspberries. It’s unfiltered, unpasteurized, and naturally conditioned.

Enjoy this limited-run while it lasts. No bottle limits. Cheers!

A hazy IPA for the season; hay-colored haze for the weeks when summer heat gives way to cold fronts and the Hill Country shifts to bronze. It nods to the Texas wildlife that share Jester King’s corner of Austin, Mexican free-tailed bats you’d be lucky to spot at dusk and the coyotes and rattlesnakes you hope not to meet on the trail.
