🍫☕️ Introducing the Salted Caramel Chocolate Truffle Espresso Martini ☕️🍫

Some cocktails start with a recipe. This one started with a roasting pan.

We carefully roasted cacao nibs and infused them into our craft Vodka to create our own Chocolate Truffle Nib Vodka, creating a rich chocolate base that you simply can’t buy off the shelf. Then we combined it with espresso, salted caramel, and topped it with a velvety oleo foam, cocoa dusting, and a caramel drizzle.

The result?

Imagine if an espresso martini, a salted caramel truffle, and your favorite dessert got together and decided to become one incredible cocktail. 😍

It’s rich. It’s smooth. It’s indulgent.
And yes… it absolutely counts as coffee. We checked. 😉

🍋 It started with a mountain of lemons… 🍋

Hundreds of lemons peeled by hand.
Sixteen days of patience.
More taste tests than we’re willing to admit.
And at least a few moments where we wondered if we’d ever stop smelling like lemons.

But the wait was worth it.

A special thank you to DJ Rocco, who brought a little authentic Italian limoncello wisdom to the process we can’t confirm, but Rocco may or may not have exclaimed MAMMA MIA while tasting!!! When it comes to limoncello, let’s just say he has a bit more experience than we do. 🇮🇹🍋

After plenty of experimenting, tasting, tweaking, and a whole lot of patience, we’re proud to introduce our handcrafted Higher Ground Limoncello.
