Four-Leaf Clover? We’ll Take a Four-Part BACARDÍ Mojito. Cheers to St. Patrick's Day!

BACARDÍ Mojito
-2 parts BACARDÍ Superior Rum
-1 part lime juice
-12 mint leaves
-2 tsp extra-fine sugar
-1 part club soda

Add BACARDÍ Superior Rum, lime juice, sugar, and mint to a highball glass. Press the mint with a bar spoon to release its oil. Add crushed ice almost to the top and churn. Top with a splash of club soda and more crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wedge.
