We've been hearing a lot of rumors and flat our misinformation from people regarding disposables. We want to inform you about significant regulatory actions affecting disposable electronic cigarettes—especially brands such as Geek Bar, Breeze, and Foger—and how these changes may affect availability at Rustic V***r.
🔎 Why Disposable Vapes, Including Geek Bar, Breeze, and Foger, Are Being Seized
Lack of FDA PMTA Authorization
All e‑cigarettes must complete the FDA’s Premarket To***co Product Application (PMTA) process to be legally marketed. Many disposable v**es, including Geek Bar, Breeze, and Foger, have not undergone or failed this essential review. As a result, they’re considered unauthorized products, making them illegal to import, distribute, or sell in the U.S. (fda.gov, fda.gov).
High‑Profile Enforcement Seizures
January 10, 2025: The FDA, with Homeland Security and CBP, seized more than 628,000 unauthorized e‑cigarettes, valued at over $7 million, from a warehouse in Miami—**including Geek Bar and similar disposables*** (fda.gov).
May 22, 2025: Nearly 2 million units of unauthorized disposables, seized in Chicago, were found to lack FDA premarket authorization (fda.gov).
Late 2024: A massive coordinated action resulted in the seizure of roughly 3 million unauthorized disposables—worth around $76 million—which included large volumes of Geek Bar, Breeze, and Foger products (fda.gov).
Targeted Warnings & Seizures
July 31, 2024: FDA issued warning letters to five online retailers for selling unauthorized disposables marketed as Geek Bar, Breeze, and similar brands (fda.gov).
December 5, 2024: Warning letters were sent to 115 brick‑and‑mortar retailers for selling unauthorized disposable products—such as Geek Bar Pulse, Skyview, Platinum, Breeze Pro, and Foger devices—without FDA authorization (fda.gov).

Because disposable Geek Bar, Breeze, and Foger v**es are being actively seized and deemed illegal, they are becoming increasingly difficult to obtain.
We will continue to carry various brands of disposables—including Geek Bar, Breeze, and Foger—as long as our U.S. distributors have them available. Once those supplies are gone, we will not be able to restock them due to these ongoing enforcement actions.
