Deep thoughts w/ Disciple Eke:

Easter question: Why would the Almighty, All-Knowing, Self-sustained, All-powerful God of all creation offer himself—His one & only Son as the ultimate sacrificial lamb?? God needs nothing…Or did He want something? WHY? Meditate on this question yourself and with family/friends…

My personal belief is this: God is LOVE, Agape love—everything He does in from the heartbeat of LOVE; it’s his nature!

So, I believe it was an act of love and a deep-longing for a family, God is our ABBA—our Heavenly Father. My personal viewpoint is simply God is love and desires a Big Family! Afterall, we are called children of God—I am a child of God adopted into HIS FAMILY forever more!! Praise God, Amen!

Recently this proclamation has become a source of comfort as well as given me a joyful expectation—Why?

When we as believers choose to dwell in the secret place on a daily basis, The Lord himself becomes our refuge—strength! I never noticed or thought about this idea of being under the “Shadow” of the Almighty, it eludes to closeness or nearness to the Almighty.

When Jesus took up HIS cross—literally, a marvelous thing happened, The veil that separated us from the Holy of Holies—the inner sanctuary was torn from top to bottom. Therefore, we all now have access to go directly into the very presence of the Almighty. In Bible times “only” the High Priest was permitted to enter that place BUT now all may boldy come to receive grace and mercy in our time of need. (Hebrews reference)

To be under the shadow of the Almighty means that Jesus himself must be near…it’s his own shadow that we are under. Jesus literally becomes our fortress as we simply trust him then humbly choose to abide in him.

This truth is a game changer for me because it tells me that I have direct access into the very presence of the Almighty, the creator, the sustainer, and the one who gives “NEW LIFE”!…praise God!

I sincerely hope & pray this truth becomes a great source of hope, encouragement, and renewed joy as you draw near to the Savior-King—then simply trust and abide believing He alone will provide. Amen

“When Nations Rise…”

Beloved, the Word of God has already spoken. In Ezekiel 38:5 (KJV), Persia is mentioned among the nations. Persia—known today as Iran—was written in prophecy thousands of years ago. God was not surprised then, and He is not surprised now.”

Jesus said in Matthew 24:6 (KJV), “And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled.” Notice that—be not troubled. When nations rise, when tensions grow, when the world shakes like thunder in the sky, it is not a sign that God has lost control. It is a sign that His Word is true.”

“The lightnings may flash. The storms may rage. But the Lord still reigns.”

And then He gives us hope in Luke 21:28 (KJV): “And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.”

“Child of God, this is not a message of fear—it is a call to readiness. It is a call to repentance. It is a call to holiness. The stage may be set, but our hearts must be prepared...”

When nations rise…
When wars are whispered…
When prophecy unfolds…

Look up. Stay faithful. Be ready.

For our redemption draweth nigh. 🙏

I get the sense that the Lord our Savior-King want to give a Valentine’s gift of his love, compassion, and kindness to anyone and everyone—especially those who struggle with self love, who are divorced or single, who have lost a loved one—The loving God seeing you, knows you, and has heard your prayers.

The Savior-King is singing over you with his amazing deep abiding love—My child, you are loved—you are not alone! I see you from far above and yet I draw near in the mist of your fear

The Savior-King draws near, he the right here with me God—open your heart and let th e Savior draw near!

This Valentine’s Day God is singing over you—Beloved you are mine and deeply loved! Receive his love…
