Excited to announce our new partnership with , one of the true family estates of Valpolicella.
Wines born from patience, sun, and generations of quiet craft. Pleasure meeting and looking forward to meeting them in Verona next time!

Nicolis Valpolicella Ripasso “Seccal” 2020 — plush and warm, full of ripe cherry, spice, and a touch of to***co. Made by re-fermenting the wine on Amarone skins, giving it extra body and depth without losing its drinkability.

Nicolis Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2019 — rich, layered, and unapologetic. Dried fruit, cocoa, and a touch of smoke. Slow-cooked wine that asks you to slow down with it.

Nicolis Amarone “Ambrosan” 2013 — the cellar release. Deep, evolved, and haunting in the best way. Black fruit, leather, balsamic notes, and a finish that lingers long after the glass is empty.

Fattoria di Rodano Poggialupi — honest Tuscan red with black cherry, spice, and that dusty finish that feels like Italy itself. Meant for meatballs, pasta, or anything with a red sauce.

Bourcier-Martinot Saint-Véran 2023 — clean Burgundy Chardonnay that hits all the right notes. White peach, citrus peel, and a quiet mineral kick. Smooth, balanced, and unpretentious.

COS Frappato 2024 — light, bright, and wild in all the right ways. Think strawberries, herbs, and sunshine. Chill it a bit and it’ll vanish fast.

COS Cerasuolo di Vittoria Classico 2022 — deep and soulful. Nero d’Avola meets Frappato in perfect harmony. Earth, dark fruit, and a whisper of spice.
