From the citrus groves of Ryujin in Wakayama, this bright, refreshing sake is infused with fragrant yuzu juice. Vibrant, tangy, and smooth, it makes for a perfect aperitif or cocktail base.
Try it with: Grilled shrimp, sashimi, or light citrus desserts.

🥭 MANGO & UME SAKE – Waka-no-Megumi

Try it with: Spicy tuna rolls, Thai dishes, or as a chilled summer sipper.

🍊 MIKAN SAKE – Waka-no-Megumi

Preparations for the fall and holiday season have started already, because planning is the key to success! While roasting in the sun, we decided to do some research (and our homework) to bring some really cool stuff in!

Sojourn Cellars Pinot Noir 2023
Gap’s Crown Vineyard, Sonoma Coast
This is coastal Pinot at its most expressive. Grown in the fog-laced, wind-swept slopes of Gap’s Crown, this wine shows vibrant red cherry, raspberry, and baking spice with a silky texture that’s pure pleasure. The balance of acidity and tannin speaks to the vineyard’s pedigree and the winemaker’s restraint.
Pairs with: Herb-crusted salmon, duck breast, or a slow, foggy Sunday.

The Messenger Cabernet Sauvignon 2023
Napa Valley
A classic Napa Cab with a modern twist, dark fruit, cassis, and hints of mocha wrapped in polished tannins and French oak. This bottle brings the richness of the valley without overdoing it. Smooth, generous, and ready for your next steak night or a bold conversation.
Pairs with: Grilled ribeye, roasted root vegetables, or a vinyl record and a deep pour.

The Messenger Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon 2023
Oakville, Napa Valley
Sourced from one of Napa’s most revered AVAs, this Cabernet is powerful, layered, and refined. Blackberry, plum, to***co, and dusty minerality ride across a firm structure with grace. It’s a wine that doesn’t just speak of Oakville, it declares it.
Pairs with: Dry-aged strip steak, wild mushroom risotto, or any meal you want to elevate.

Fresh 🍷 drop this week, all domestic 🇺🇸 from California ☀️

Christopher LeVendi Sauvignon Blanc 2024
Oakville, Napa Valley
A radiant Sauvignon Blanc from Oakville that’s as sun-soaked as its label suggests. Bright citrus, white peach, and a subtle herbal edge glide over a crisp, mineral-driven finish. Fermented and bottled with care in the heart of Napa Valley, it’s a clean, modern expression with just enough Old World soul.
Pairs with: Goat cheese salads, grilled shrimp, or sushi on a summer afternoon.

Russian River Vineyards Rosé of Pinot Noir 2023
Russian River Valley, Sonoma County
Delicate, elegant, and unmistakably Sonoma. This rosé is hand-crafted from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the cool-climate pockets of the Russian River Valley. It bursts with wild strawberry, watermelon rind, and rose petals, balanced by a whisper of acidity that keeps things lively. Made with minimal intervention and maximum intent.
Pairs with: Smoked salmon, summer pasta dishes, or a sunset.

Russian River Vineyards Pinot Noir 2019
Horsebridge Vineyard, Sebastopol Hills, Sonoma County
From a single vineyard in the fog-kissed hills of Sebastopol comes this textured, terroir-driven Pinot Noir. Earthy forest floor, dried cherry, and hints of black tea and spice unfold across a silky palate. A tribute to craftsmanship, balance, and the land it was born from.
Pairs with: Duck confit, roasted mushrooms, or quiet fireside moments.

Excited to announce our newest partnership with 🍻

Born in Brooklyn out of grit and vision, Talea is the kind of brewery that does not follow the rules. It rewrites them. Built by two women who refused to settle for bitter IPAs and boys club taprooms, Talea leans into the bold, the juicy, and the unapologetically modern. Their beers do not whisper. They sing. Fruit forward, balanced, and dangerously drinkable with design that pops and flavors that welcome everyone to the table, Talea is less about beer snobbery and more about simple pleasure.

Talea ‘Fresh Coast’ IPA
Clean, coastal, and crushable. This IPA rides a wave of juicy citrus, light pine, and subtle bitterness. Dry-hopped for bold aroma but drinks smooth and easy. Think laid-back beach days in a can.
Style: West Coast-style IPA
Pairs with: Tacos, shrimp skewers, beach chairs

Talea ‘Al Dente’ Italian-Style Pilsner
A crisp, snappy lager with herbal hop notes and just enough bitterness to cleanse the palate. Crafted with Italian flair, this Pilsner is Talea’s take on a refined classic. Elegant yet refreshing.
Style: Italian Pilsner
Pairs with: Prosciutto, olives, grilled veggies

Talea ‘Sun Up’ Hazy IPA
Soft, tropical, and full of sunshine. This hazy IPA bursts with flavors of mango, tangerine, and a whisper of coconut. Low bitterness and pillowy texture make it your anytime IPA.
Style: Hazy IPA
Pairs with: Fried chicken, spicy noodles, lazy brunch

Talea ‘Watermelon Splash’ Sour Ale
Like biting into a juicy slice of summer. This sour ale is packed with watermelon tang, a touch of berry brightness, and a tart zip that keeps you coming back. Playful but grown.
Style: Fruited Sour Ale
Pairs with: Feta salad, ceviche, rooftops at sunset

Fresh 🍺 drop to combat the heat wave 🥵

SingleCut “Shuggie” 🍻
Double Dry-Hopped New Zealand IPA
Bright, zippy, and loud in the best way. A DDH banger loaded with Nelson Sauvin and NZ hops that bring white grape, gooseberry, and lime zest to the party. Dry finish, soft body, big energy.

SingleCut “Frequency Lager” 🍺
American Craft Lager
Clean, crisp, and dialed in. This lager hums with balance—subtle floral hops, crackery malts, and a snappy finish. An everyday beer that still feels like a backstage pass.

KCBC “Karate Squid” 🍺
Hazy IPA
From Brooklyn’s hop wizards at KCBC, this Hazy IPA packs a punch—soft, juicy, with citrus and tropical fruit floating over a pillowy body. The can art’s wild but the flavor’s dialed.

Schilling Schlaumeier Hefeweizen 🍺
Bavarian-Style Hefeweizen
Classic German wheat beer made stateside but true to its roots. Expect banana and clove aromas, cloudy gold color, and a smooth, easy-drinking finish. Light, refreshing, and nostalgic.

Schilling Fritzy Rotbier 🍺
Traditional Red Lager
This Franconian-style red lager brings malt to the front with caramel, toast, and a hint of nuttiness, all balanced by a clean lager snap. A rare find with Old World soul.

Frost Beer Works “Little Lush” IPA 🍺
Hazy IPA
From Vermont’s Frost Beer Works, this low-ABV IPA proves you don’t need big booze for big flavor. Juicy, hazy, and lush (obviously), with citrus and soft pine in every sip.

You know where and with whom 🍻🇦🇱🇺🇸

Tonight’s tasting with from

Monte de Pinheiros – Tinto (Portugal)
A bold and rustic red blend from the Alentejo region, delivering black cherry, plum, and dusty earth with a whisper of spice. Structured yet easygoing, this is the kind of table red you open without overthinking. Great with grilled meats, pizza, or Portuguese chouriço.

Anselmo Mendes “Contacto” Alvarinho (Portugal)
From the king of Alvarinho, this coastal white is a crisp, mineral-driven stunner. Notes of lemon peel, green apple, and sea spray lead to a textured finish thanks to a touch of skin contact. Ideal with shellfish, ceviche, or salty cheese.

Coelheiros Rosé 2024 (Portugal)
Fresh off the vine and already singing — this dry rosé from Alentejo balances delicate wild strawberry and watermelon notes with a savory edge and crisp finish. Made from native Portuguese grapes, it’s the kind of rosé that holds its own at the table. Serve with grilled shrimp, mezze, or just a breezy afternoon.

See you soon 🥂😎
