Three experiences. One invitation to slow down, create, reconnect, and spend a little more time outside. 🤎

This series was created to bring together some of the things I love most—nature, creativity, mindfulness, movement, and meaningful connection.

✨ August 21 — Create Your Trail Journal
Build your own journal from scratch and create a place to hold your adventures, reflections, sketches, memories, and pieces of the outdoors.

🌲 September 26 — Forest Bathing Experience
Slow down, engage your senses, and experience the outdoors in a more intentional way.

🥾 October 17 — Guided Hiking Retreat at Bogue Chitto State Park
A day of hiking, connection, reflection, and intentionally making space for yourself in nature.

🌿 Made for the places you wander.

Here’s a little peek at what we’ll be creating during our upcoming Create Your Trail Journal experience!

We’ll build our journals from scratch, using leaf rubbings, pressed greenery, torn papers, natural textures, and other elements inspired by the outdoors. Every journal will be completely different—and that’s the point. 🤎

Then take it with you. Toss it in your hiking bag or camper and fill it with trail notes, sketches, pressed leaves, memories, reflections, campground finds, and little pieces of the places you explore.

This is the first experience in our Nature Within Series—a journey through creativity, mindfulness, and time outdoors.
