Our J. Henry & Sons Wisconsin Straight Bourbon store pick with BaraBrew Wine and Spirits is in.

Barrel 1999 was the unanimous selection when we sat down at the farm. Incredible nose of butterscotch, brown sugar, and spice. The palate is slightly smokey with leather and brown sugar. Intense long finish of to***co and oak.

This week BaraBrew Wine and Spirits and us took a field trip to Sheybogan to try it. 16 months of aging and this beauty is ready to go. Cans are ordered and we are on the canning schedule.
