It is with deep sadness that we will be closing Humphrey Brothers Bistro and Lounge until further notice. Due to the current trend in the restaurant industry and our financial situation we must find our solution to reopen as soon as possible.

We have achieved great success with the food, drink and music as noted in the reviews on social media. Unfortunately the recent events and the current economy we cannot sustain our operations. We truly appreciate our loyal customer base and hope to reorganize so we can continue the unique experience that is Humphrey Brothers Bistro and Lounge.

We have ideas to improve business flow by increasing hours of operations, increase table space, design a brunch menu and drop cigar sales and smoking. If anyone is interested in investing or buying the business please feel free to contact us by leaving us a message at 256 325 3002

Formally introducing HBB&L’s best selling menu item. Inspired after the classic Chicago-style Hot Beef sandwich, but with chef own personal flair.

Made with house braised chuck roast& sautéed onions& peppers. We then melt provolone cheese on top and serve it with a side of house made Au Jus as well as giardiniera. Our bread is fresh crusty Italian bread from Gambino in New Orleans.

Who’s coming to enjoy a romantic lunch or dinner at Humphrey Brothers featuring our special Valentines Day menu?!

$75 per person. Please call ahead for reservations, seating will be limited.

We will also have a Valentine’s Day themed cocktail menu available all day!

Regular menu will be available. We will still be having Conbrio with Peter K Muzic and Doug Embry.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT!!!

Going forward we will be opening at 12:00 PM Wednesday through Saturday. We will be closing at the same times as usual.

The kitchen will be open from 12:00 PM to 8 PM Wednesday through Saturday until further notice.

We are looking for any experienced part time chef assistant/full time chef! If you think you fit this role, come in and talk to Joe or Devin for more information.
