We had a blast last night at Wine 203: Sparkling Class with Todd and Stephanie!

We covered everything from the best kind of glass to use, difference is methods, specific designation for certain countries, and even the sweetness scale!

It was so fascinating to taste Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, and American sparkling side by side to see how terror and method really affects the palate.

Shop our St. Patrick’s Day Party Bag

Included inside:
1 Guinness Stout 15oz
1 Jameson Whiskey 50ml
1 Molly’s Irish Whiskey 50ml


Instructions:
1. Slowly add the Molly’s then Jameson into a shot glass to create a layered effect.
2. Fill a pint glass half to three-quarters with Guinness.
3. Drop the shot glass into a pint glass

Drink immediately - Enjoy!
