🫐 Bleuette Farmhouse Ale🍺
Inspired by Honeydoux Café + Bakery

This is our first beer collaboration! When we spoke with Honeydoux Café + Bakery and were informed that their blueberry muffin is their number one product, and after tasting many delicious muffins, we knew we had to make a blueberry beer. We thought long and hard about what kind of beer would work well with blueberries and be a great beer for this summer season. We landed on a Kveik farmhouse ale. Known for their easy drinking and fruity characteristics, we thought it would be a perfect fit.

This rustic ale blends old-world tradition with local flavor. The beer was brewed with pilsner, wheat, and biscuit malts with just enough Magnum hops for balance. This beer was fermented with Norwegian Kveik yeast alongside sun-ripened Louisiana blueberries from Wise Acres. The sweet blueberry aromas jump out of the glass. This hazy purple/pink-hued ale delivers a crisp, bright, and naturally tart blueberry flavor with a silky-smooth malt body complemented by subtle spice and citrus notes from the yeast. This easy drinking seasonal ale is both adventurous and approachable—perfect for warm weather sipping.
