American Pale Ale

This crisp and classic American Pale Ale is one of the first b**rs that our founder brewed at home.

Named after the classically beautiful Cypress Tree standing alone in the middle of a canal along Airline drive in Destrehan, LA. We call it Cypress Island.

Brewed with American 2-row, British caramel, and caramel wheat malts for a crisp, toasty, and subtly sweet caramel flavor and a beautiful bright copper color. We use Centennial and Cashmere hops to balance the malt and give Lemon Lime Citrus and sweet floral flavors and aroma.
