🥃Barrel Pick Release Announcement🥃
Woody's Liquors & Lubbock Bourbon Society are excited to announce the release of our latest barrel pick, "BARREL RAIDER". This single-barrel, 12-year Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey comes straight from the barrel, clocking in at a bold 132 proof. Distilled by Jim Beam (Booker’s), it delivers a remarkably smooth experience that drinks much lower than its proof and complexity.
We had the unique opportunity to create the entire label for this pick, and we have to give a HUGE shoutout to Sally Anne Taylor for designing the incredible label. Special thanks to JP Lopez for making his way onto campus to capture some stunning photos!

The Lubbock Bourbon Society is hosting the inaugural 2025 Lubbock Bourbon Society Barrel Fest! This barrel-aged beer fest will be held at Evie Mae’s BBQ in Wolfforth on March 29th. Barrel Fest highlights 7 past Lubbock Bourbon Society barrel picks. Pondaseta Brewing and Good Line Beer will be joining us to sample some very limited beers that we all created for those barrels.

**Barrel Release Announcement**
Woody's Liquors and Lubbock Bourbon Society are releasing their private barrel pick of Elijah Craig Barrel Proof. This bourbon was barreled on October 9, 2014 and bottled on February 23, 2024 giving it an age of 9 years and 4 months. The barrel aged in warehouse Z Floor #4 and comes in at 124.8 proof. We look forward to seeing you at 10am next Saturday, May 18th at Woody’s Liquors where you can try before you buy. Bottles are 7️⃣8️⃣.9️⃣9️⃣ ea. (no limits) Cheers!
