Yesterday was the Kentucky Derby Parade, and what a day it was!
I’m beyond grateful for a successful day at both my toy stand and Jessie Lee’s Smoke Shop. We were busy from start to finish—honestly overwhelmed—but in the best way possible.
This was actually my first year not getting to fully watch the parade, but I did catch the end when the skaters came through—and that moment meant a lot.
I want to give a special thank you to Cynthia Childress , Angelica Southerling and my bonus son and daughter. Every single thing you did mattered—whether it was inflating toys, selling items, ringing customers up, or grabbing products. I truly appreciate all of your help.
And to all my customers—old and new—thank you for showing up and supporting. It doesn’t go unnoticed, and it means more than you know.
Grateful for every moment, every hand that helped, and every dollar spent. 💙
