She leads East Coast Sales for Thatcher’s Imports & Thatcher’s Wine, bringing her deep love of wine and hospitality to New York’s dynamic restaurant scene. With a focus on expanding wholesale partnerships and private client sales, she’s passionate about connecting top establishments with Thatcher’s exceptional wines—and sharing the unique stories behind each bottle. ⁠

Currently pursuing her Master Sommelier Diploma, Hannah’s dedication to continuous learning is evident. When she’s not immersed in flashcards and vineyard maps, she’s likely enjoying her favorite grower Champagne—ideally with her husband cooking and their spirited dog, Dujac, by her side. In Hannah’s words, “I love to see a team composed of former fine dining Sommeliers and Beverage Directors from Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide. While my experience has been rooted in the dining room, I believe hospitality extends far beyond the walls of a restaurant. Whether it’s helping other programs discover their next favorite producers to feature in wine pairings, earning the trust of private clients to curate their cellars, or fostering meaningful connections between growers and consumers, the essence of hospitality lies in creating memorable experiences and genuine relationships. New Producer | Thatcher’s Imports

Adrien Lattard Burgundy, France

An exciting week! Our patience and slow track in adding Burgundy producers to the book paid off. We are thrilled to have a new friend at Thatcher’s Imports,

“Whose wines have you been impressed by?” can open doors to new, exciting winemakers for whom you’d have otherwise been late to the party. So it is that the name Adrien Lattard came up in conversation; a bright, thoughtful and earnest young winemaker with a stellar CV, having been cellar master under Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey and at Genot-Boulanger. Naturally curious and with a tireless work ethic, Adrien has set his ideals within this world: “I want to use my experience to show my work, show my effortI; f you’re a good person, you will make a good wine.”

New Producer | Thatcher’s Imports

Louis Billard, Burgundy, France

We have been dropping some teasers, but it’s almost time for the first release of to make its way to California.

We first met Louis last year in his cellar in La Rochepot. We tasted through his 2022’s and instantly felt the magic, and emotion, his wines showcase.

With the 2022s soon landing on our shores, Louis proudly releases his first vintage under his own label, producing his own wines from the cellars he for so long called home. He’s worked with top growers across several appellations, both in the Cote de Beaune and Cote de Nuits, looking for the fruit and wines that inspire him, including several vineyards his family long worked with.

Louis spent both the 2018 and 2019 vintages at the Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, forming the basis from which he would yield his own winemaking methods. In the spirit of diversification, Louis spent the 2020 vintage alongside Eric Roumier at Chambolle-Musigny’s Domaine G. Roumier; that was followed by spending 2021 in South Africa at Newton Johnson, and 2022 at By Farr in Australia. In other words, he’s learned from the absolute greatest in 3 different continents.
