In a world lacking Green Chartreuse don't forget about the CHARTREUSE VEGETAL!

Also known as Elixir Végétal, is a potent, concentrated herbal liqueur made by Carthusian monks. It's a highly concentrated version of the more common Green Chartreuse, boasting a 69% ABV and containing a secret blend of 130 herbs, plants, and flowers. Originally created as a medicinal tonic in the 18th century, it's still produced using the same recipe.

Though not a one-to-one substitute, use it as you would cocktail bitters, in a tincture, rinse, or throw it in an atomizer to enhance your cocktails!

P.S. Don't blame the Monks; they have a lot going on.
