As I was taking my final drive to Allsbrook Grocery and Grill this morning I said to myself, every thing will be good I got this. Well as customers are coming in for the final time and grabbing a candy bar or soda and saying there goodbye’s I don’t think I got this. In the short 7 months we have been open we have had the pleasure of meeting some of the most awesome people. Our customers gave me a reason to come to work every day. You all will be truly missed. I want to thank Jason and Melissa for the opportunity to be apart of this adventure. Chad and Nicole the two of you have been my rock every day and am so grateful and blessed to have had you by my side every day. When I lock the door today for the final time I will take all the memories, conversations and many laughs with me. Love you all so much.

Beginning of 2022 Jason called me and said what do you think about going in the convenience store business??? I said “absolutely not”. He said “we already have”. I was like NO!
The clean up began. Lots and lots of hard work, sweat and dedication. We opened for business. If we told you it has been easy, we’d be telling a fib. We’ve had our ups and downs but the good has outweighed the bad. Our front store staff has been phenomenal and very dedicated to Jason and myself and the success of the store. Our cook that we have now is great and very dedicated as well. She has done a wonderful job getting the grill back in order.
And I’ll tell you this.…..we have some very dedicated and loyal customers. We appreciate each and every one of you. I enjoyed being up there on Saturdays in the grill cooking and seeing people I had not seen in years.
As you all know Jason is very dedicated to our construction company and I am very dedicated to HTC. We’ve made the decision that the convenience store is not for us. We’ve realized that we can’t dedicate enough time to this business. We have to focus on our construction business. So, with that being said we are closing Allsbrook Grocery and Grill at this time. It’s always good to try new things. We have really enjoyed the experience. It’s something that we’ve never done before. We knew nothing about this type of business going in. We learned that products are expensive with not a lot of return. It’s long hours and every weekend. We have a greater respect for store/restaurant/grill owners. It is really a lot of hard work and lots of time. We would like to thank the local store/restaurant/grill owners who have guided us and directed us through our adventure.
A huge Thank You to all of our employees and a huge Thank You to Stevens Farms Produce for doing business with us. Please see them for all your local produce. They have everything that you need.
The store/grill is for lease. If you know anyone that’s interested please let us know. Lots of renovations have taken place in the front and in the grill. New kitchen items in place along with new furniture. It looks great and is very clean.

Hey y’all! We hope you had a great week! We have exciting news.

Our grill is opening for Mon-Sat, 6am-2pm, starting this Monday (1-16) for sit down dining. We will have our menu for both breakfast and lunch. We would love to see all your faces back there. If you don’t have time to sit, call in a pick up order!!

Thank you to everyone for being patient with us with changes being made. It is our goal to serve you and make sure our customers leave happy!

We hope you all had a wonderful holiday and a happy new year! Thank you to everyone for their patience with our temporary shut down with the grill. It’s time to get things rollin again!

Our Grab and Go items are coming back tomorrow, Tuesday 1/10. We will have burgers and breakfast sandwiches.
