When my store first opened, it offered significantly lower prices for v**es compared to the existing market rates, which customers appreciated. In response to this change, many local stores have started offering similar deals, and some owners have reacted negatively, even resorting to threats, seemingly due to the impact on their profit margins. It is worth considering why such competitive pricing strategies weren't adopted earlier, especially when v**e products were cheaper. I guess it’s just sad that I started this whole v**e deals and low prices for my community while the community does not have my back.! All I can say is be loyal to who stood up for you.

To our valued customers, we are writing to inform you that following reports from multiple individuals, we have taken swift action and terminated an employee who engaged in unacceptable behavior, and we extend our sincerest apologies. Such actions are intolerable and will not be tolerated in our store or anywhere else. Due to previous experiences with individuals we have encountered and hired letting us down, we have opted to hire someone from within our family to ensure continuity. Rest assured, we will continue to maintain the high standards of customer service and store atmosphere that we have offered since our opening. To further improve, we are introducing a mixed review box in the shop where customers can drop any recommendations, requests, suggestions, or complaints anonymously or not, which will be reviewed by the owner every night.
