🚨 TEXAS H**P UPDATE 🚨

A Travis County court has issued a temporary injunction pausing enforcement of several of the new DSHS h**p restrictions.

What does that mean in plain English?

For now, the newest restrictions are on hold while the case continues through court. The pause is currently set to remain in place until the final trial on July 27, 2026, unless the court changes it sooner.

No Cap is still open, still serving our 21+ customers, and still following the rules currently in effect.

We’ll keep checking IDs, keeping up with the law, and updating y’all as things change.

For now: STILL SAFE TO SHOP. ✅
