Two well-bred ryed bourbons and one ﬁnished bourbon each complementing the others in this, our 10th edition pact. In honor of this double-digit milestone, we’ve achieved a double ﬁnish. The ﬁrst ﬁnish was perfected in Cabernet Franc barrels, with the second reﬁned in Merlot casks.

With light floral aromas of lavender, honeysuckle and rose petals, Q is perhaps the most unique of our five yeast strains. These aroma and flavor compounds are created through fermentation and can be detected as soon as the distillate comes off the still.

With less rye than OBSQ, OESQ gives a slightly sweeter impression. The extra corn in Mashbill E complements the floral notes in the Q yeast strain and creates candied flavors that meld with the caramel and vanilla tones from the barrel as the Bourbon ages.

While bourbon ages and some of the angel’s share evaporates, some also remains trapped inside the barrel. This is the devil’s cut. They extract this dark and intense liquid from their charred white oak barrel walls and blend it with extra-aged bourbon.

This cava is produced from certified organic vineyards where grapes have been grown using sustainable methods and practices, respectful of the environment, for many years.
