An authentic wine produced from the original Garnacha, which was first cultivated in Aragón in the 7th Century, and spread around Europe by the Medieval Kingdom of Aragón. The wine is characterized by aromas of ripe black fruit, overlaid with spices such as black pepper. There is an obvious minerality to the wine, proceeding from vineyards' diverse range of soil types.

Very limited 2023 bourbon releases from Bombergers and Shenks 🥃

Bomberger’s Declaration Distillery Bourbon is a robust Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, bottled at 108 proof with a broad spectrum of distinctively rich characters. It is matured in special barrels, some of which were made from Chinquapin oak that has been naturally air dried for over 3 years. The distillery honors the legacy of the former distillery known as Bomberger’s in the 1800s and later as Michter’s in the 20th Century. $229.99

Shenk's is a Kentucky Sour Mash Whiskey made with a substantial amount of rye. We're happy to report that this year's Shenk's release will feature a higher percentage of whiskey aged in Chinquapin oak than in previous years, as well as longer aging times. The wood has been naturally air dried, seasoned for at least 3 years, and toasted and charred on the inside. These measures allow the oak's unique aroma and flavor profiles to fully express themselves in each batch. $199.99
