In response to this post by Jerry Kerr… on the one hand you are correct and we need to do better. But, on the other… our band nights have always been from 6-9. We changed the time for this event so the band could avoid some of the heat. However, when that decision was made our employee schedule had long before been posted. Out of respect to our staff (who work their hearts out) we kept their schedule the same. It might have been poor planning and communication on our part, but the band did announce the store was closing - a couple of times - so people would have the chance to grab refreshments for the last half hour. (Needless to say, in the future store and band hours will match.) I wish we were perfect, but we are not! My apologies to you and anyone else who felt the night was a failure. We sure enjoyed having Pass’n Time Band at the shop and look forward to seeing more of this great local band!
