POP UP ESTATE SALE at 117 RENWICK LANE, HORSEHEADS

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 6TH – 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 7TH – 9:00 am to 12:00 pm

We have a sale for you that is filled with nice things and a few surprises. We were planning to be off until next year but they called and we said why not! Let’s make this easy …
• Lots of street parking
• Big driveway to pick things up
• One story house on flat ground
• No numbers, just line up and come in at 9:00 each day
• Enter through the attached garage door of the house to shop the house, garage and shed
• We will have hold/tally and check out on the driveway (wish for nice weather)
• If you want to purchase something large, pull the tag
• Give your purchases to a worker to take to the hold/tally table for you.
• Remember if it’s in the pictures, it’s in the sale when we open.
• Payment by cash, check, Venmo or credit card
• Please be kind & courteous to each other
• Please be cautious of pedestrian and vehicle traffic
• Please be responsible and respectful of the property
• This is a cute sale with some cool stuff. We hope to see you!

ESTATE SALE FILLED WITH VINTAGE DECOR, HOME FURNISHINGS AND FURNITURE at 4536 KERRICK HOLLOW, HORNBY (TAKE 414 TURN ACROSS FROM ENTRANCE TO FERENBAUGH CAMPGROUND)

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 2ND – 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3RD – 9:00 am to 12:00 pm

If you heard about this sale from people that had appointments, this is your last chance to shop this fantastic sale. We un-scrunched and we added a few new items making everything easier to see. Shop the house, shed and 2 garage bays filled with wonderful things. It’s packed and keep in mind Saturday is discount day!

You will find collections of Fenton, angels, all things hummingbirds, jewelry, Corelle, Corning Ware, vintage glassware, linens, sewing, lamps, furniture, Christmas & other holiday decorations, toys, games, candles, décor, prints / paintings, and the list goes on and on!
• PARKING; across the road from the house, next to the garage and also in the wide circular driveway around the house. However, we need to leave room for people to drive up to pick up their purchases. I will have a parking attendant, please heed his direction, safety is paramount to me.
• No numbers, just line up and come in at 9:00, though I may have to limit the number of folks in the house at one time. You can shop shed and both garage bays openly!
• You will enter through the front door of the house.
• Remember if it’s in these pictures, it’s in the sale when we open.
• We will have hold/tally and register on front lawn (wish for nice weather)
• If you want to purchase something large, pull the tag, keep it or give it to a worker along with your name and it will be on your tally sheet, we can try to get the item to the hold table for you.
• You can give your purchases to a worker to take to the hold/tally table for you.
• PAYMENT; CASH OR CHECK. I can’t take credit cards or Venmo, there is no cell service!!
• Please be kind & courteous to each other
• Please be cautious of pedestrian and vehicle traffic, it’s a busy road!
• Please be responsible and respectful of the property

Good morning! Today is appointment day (2:00 - 5:00) for our estate sale on Kerrick Hollow. If you have an appointment, we will see you later today! If you don’t have an appointment, I have a few openings at 5:00 or I’ll see you next Friday, 10/2 and Saturday, 10/3 during open shopping.

Remember, there is no cell service there which means I can’t take credit cards or Venmo. Please bring cash or your checkbook. Thank you very much!

Yesterday a malicious post was made that I have appointments on Saturday. FALSE, that is not me, though the pictures are mine. DO NOT REPLY TO THAT POST which looks like this. My daughter is on it!

WOW, do we have a sale for you! PLEASE NOTE THE DATES, TIMES AND LOGISTICS. This is not my normal sale format but the house, shed and garage are full and rather than have people wait to get in and have it cramped and uncomfortable to shop, we are doing appointments.

UPDATE; the on-line scheduling app is giving me fits so I’ve cancelled it. If you’ve made an appointment and received a confirmation, it’s yours! If you want an appointment, please send me a FB message or a text to 607-523-8136 with the time you want and I’ll make your appointment in old fashioned excel and I’ll confirm your time. Thank you for your patience. Once you get in the house, you’ll understand why I’m doing this.
