ESTATE SALE at 1580 WHISKEY CREEK RD / CR 34 - CATON
FRIDAY, MAY 30th – 9:00 pm to 1:00 pm
SATURDAY, MAY 31st – 9:00 am to NOON
Welcome to our country estate sale. Though is is not a packed house, there are wonderful treasurers, great finds and lots of nice usable items that can go right into your home at a fraction of the cost of buying new. Come spend time with us. We will have the coffee on for you!
• No numbers either day, just come on in at 9:00 when we open.
• I’ll try to let everyone in but I need to be mindful of safety and respect the customers who were waiting in line early.
• Hold/Tally and Check Out will be in the garage
• NOTE: cell service is spotty at the house; please be prepared to pay by cash or check if the fiber cooperates, then I can take credit card. Dollar General is 3 miles away and I believe they have an ATM.
• The driveway is short but steep, we will park as many cars as we can at the top but you may need to walk up the driveway. We will do everything we can to have you drive up and pick up your purchases
• Park at your own risk and be responsible and respectful of the property and of others
• Please be kind & courteous to each other
• Please be cautious of pedestrian and vehicle traffic
