.fiole Reserve has a sumptuous deep ruby colour, embellished with captivatingly bright and intense purplish reflections.

The nose, both intense and complex, opens with generous aromas of blackcurrant and blackberry, enhanced by delicate notes of liquorice that add depth and character.

On the palate, the attack is fresh and evolves towards a supple and elegant texture. Flavours of blackcurrant and blackberry dominate, while touches of sweet spices, black pepper and liquorice prolong the experience with a beautiful length and great harmony.

Served at 16-18°C after an hour's aeration, this wine will be the ideal accompaniment to roast duck, grilled prime rib of beef, mature cheeses or dark chocolate fondant, bringing out all its richness and balance.

BLANCO from has the blend of the rounder fruity flavors of cooked agave along with the earthier floral flavors of the Highland agaves. Overall experience starts with the cooked agave showing up in the aroma, when sipped you get the fruity flavors and then the finish is subtle with the floral tones.

AROMA: Intense sharpness of cooked agave without being overbearing
PALATE: Distinct fruity flavor with subtle earthy tones.
FINISH: What lingers on the tongue, long finish of smooth and fruity tones of the agave. In other words, complex yet easy to drink. In terms of taste the sweetness of cooked Highland agave with a prolonged finish without being aggressive on the throat.

REPOSADO that is rested (less than a year). The aging imparts a richer aroma and flavors of the Highland blends i.e. a continuation of the Blanco maturation journey. In terms of the overall experience getting the best of the French and American oak barrels finish.

AROMA: Richer & smoother aroma at the same time not overwhelming.
PALATE: Balanced flavors between oak and the fruity flavors of agave.
FINISH: What lingers on the tongue, longer & richer flavors of cooked agave. In other words, delicately balanced.

Imagine the botanicals as components in an orchestra; here has taken the lead instrument, juniper, and amplified its presence in the ensemble, then raised the decibels by increasing the proof alcohol. The result is their very own symphony in ‘J’ major.

The Nose
Junipery pine and cedarwood dominate with hints of zesty orange.

The Palate
Big juniper upfront with rich spice and notes of dark chocolate.

The Finish
Long and dry with a lovely balance, letting the juniper shine through.
