Happy Father's Day, everyone! I hope you spent time with your family and fired up that grill! I cooked up some New York strips from The Mercato. It was my first time buying from there, and they were perfect. Also, it's a cool place with great customer service. And yeah, you can criticize me for undercooking or overcooking my steak, 😆 🤣.
