An Important Update Regarding Our THC Products 🌿🍃
At Freedom Libations, we closely follow the laws and changes affecting our industry, especially when it comes to hemp-derived THC products.
What many people may not realize is how much care goes into selecting the products we carry. Our owner, Dana, personally researches the brands, ingredients, and independent lab testing behind these products. We don't carry just anything. If it's not something we trust or would personally use or recommend, it doesn't belong on our shelves.
We also recognize that THC products aren't for everyone, and that's perfectly okay. However, we've heard from countless customers, including individuals dealing with serious health challenges, who have shared how these products have positively impacted their lives. We believe responsible regulation and education make more sense than eliminating that choice altogether.
🚫Unfortunately, under current federal legislation, hemp-derived THC beverages and gummies will become prohibited beginning December 11, 2026.🚫
Unless something changes, we will be removing products from our shelves by that date.
What does this mean for our customers❓️
We will no longer be regularly restocking our THC shelves. Whatever is currently available in-store will remain available for purchase while supplies last.
🛒However, if you have favorite products such as W***Y 750, Howdy gummies, Nowadays, or anything else we carry, we're still able to place individual prepaid special orders for a limited time, subject to distributor availability. Whether you'd like a few extras or a larger quantity, simply stop in or message us to make arrangements.
We're hopeful that future legislation will allow these products to remain available under responsible regulations. Until then, we simply want our customers, friends, and neighbors to be informed.
