Hey everyone, Gayle here. . . it is, unbelievably, the first Thursday of June. . .SUMMER. . .yippee!!

This Thursday brings back Thomas and River City Distributing and some wonderful wines. . .Masfi Cava, Fire River Sauvignon Blanc, Mont Gravet Cotes de Gascogne Colombard, Resso Garnacha Blanca, Resso Granacha/Tempranillo and Bodega La Flor Pulenta Cabernet Sauvignon. Now these are very nice wines so come on out and support Thomas!

Also, taking the stage after a short absence is Scott Taylor. . . Hall of Fame picker!!! Come on out, you won't want to miss the opportunity to hear Scott!! Thanks Scott!!!!

WINE SAMPLING THURS 5-16 6:30P
Hey everyone, we are sampling wine with Chelsea and Kentucky Eagle Distributing this Thursday. She has an expanded portfolio and we are going to sample six of her wines, three reds and three whites and maybe a treat sample to sell!! This is Chelsea's first sampling so come on out and support her.

Also, Dan Chapman will grace the Cork stage and entertain us with his soothing sounds. . .thank you Dan!!

WINE SAMPLING Thurs 5-2 6:30p

This week we welcome back Billy with Republic National to sample some wines with us. This week he will bring us Weingut Johann Haart Piesporter Goldtropfchen Riesling Spatlese; Barefoot Summer White; Pedroncelli Chardonnay; Pedroncelli Friends White; Pedroncelli Friends Red and Louis M. Martini Cabernet Sauvignon. These wines are all very interesting and affordable so you will not want to miss this.

We welcome back Dan Pence to the Cork stage . . .I always love to see Dan on the stage and listen to his crooning. Thanks, Dan

WINE SAMPLING THURS 4-18 6:30PM
Hey everyone, Gayle here with the next wine sampling of the month information for you. This week we bring back Kelly with Heidelburg, sadly, her last event as a wine expert, as she is changing careers. . .I will miss her terribly and I know you will too!!! Talk to her Thursday about her new adventure some of you may be interested!!!

Kelly is bringing us some fab wines from all over (of course!!), Villa Wolf Pinot Gris (Germany); Domaine St. Eugenie Rose (France); La Clos Dom St. Eugenie Corbiere (France); Colossi Bianco (Italy); Capestrano Montepulciano (Italy); and Windmill Old Vine Zinfandel (California). We will wrap up the sampling with $2.00 pour of Rock Hollow Cabernet Sauvignon (Paso robles). We hand picked these wines and think there is something (maybe everything) for each of you!!

Taking the stage will be Dan Chapman to entice us with his soulful sounds. . .thank you Dan, we appreciate you very very much!!

WINE SAMPLING THURS 4-4 6:30P
April is here and Spring is just around the corner. . .may even be here by Thursday!! Come on out no matter what the weather, we have a new guy in town this week, Thomas with River City Distributing will be here for the first time. He is bringing us some lovely wines, all new to Twisted Cork, including Estampa Estate Viognier/Chard from Chile; Bodega Laflor Pulenta Malbec Rose from Argentina; the Path Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Merlot from California and bringing up the rear, Chimango organic Malbec from Argentina. Come on out and give Thomas a big Corker Nation welcome and see for yourself how lovely these wines are.

Taking the stage is Dan Pence who we all love to hear play and sing and for any newbies. . .he is awesome!!! Thanks, Dan!!!!

WINE SAMPLING THURS 3-21 6:30P

After a bit of an absence, we welcome back Kelly with Heidelberg Distributing and she is bringing us some new wines to the store including DMZ Rose, Matchbook Musque' Chardonnay 809, Matchbook Tempranillo, Matchbook Tinto Rey, Sawbuck Malbec, Sawbuck Chardonnay and Mossback Pinot Noir. These are some interesting wines, including the Chardonnays. . .so. . .don't miss a minute of Kelly's entertaining varietal discussions!!!!

Taking the stage will be Dan Chapman and we look so very forward to Dan every time he can make it!!! Thank you Dan!!!

Just a quick note, if there are any "important" sporting events on Thursday evening, we will be showing them, without sound while we are sampling wines, and then full scale cheering on our favorite teams during March Madness!!!! Come on out and watch any and all of the games with us.
