Some people are employees. Some people become part of the family. Jesse is definitely the latter.

If you’ve spent any time around Roopers over the years, you’ve probably crossed paths with Jesse. Whether he’s making customers laugh, helping a coworker out, sharing one of his legendary wisecracks, or simply being a friend when someone needs one, Jesse has a way of making everyone feel welcome.

He’s been a part of the Roopers team for a long time and has built friendships throughout the company that go far beyond the workplace. His sense of humor keeps us laughing, his work ethic keeps things moving, and his loyalty to the team is second to none.

Jesse is the kind of person who shows up, steps up, and never asks for recognition—but today we’re giving it to him anyway.

Thank you, Jesse, for being such an important part of the Roopers family. We appreciate everything you do, and we’re lucky to have you on the team.
