We have several rules on check acceptance but this guy has managed to get two forged/ fictitious checks cashed. He cashed the first check in 2022. It was fictitious on the City of Harrison made out to a man that had recently lost his drivers license. This sorry thief cashed the check using the stolen driver’s license. The no account low life struck again in 2025. That time the fictitious check was from the city of Marshall made out to another man this guy was impersonating. Hopefully he will try again while I’m there. I will recognize him and we will use the three strikes rule!
