13th Colony Sakura finished Bourbon Cask Strength Stats:

5.7 Years Old. 127 Proof

Nose: Very Floral, cherry blossoms and some red berries like raspberries. Touch of vanilla, sugar and spices from the oak

Palate: Sweet. but just a touch. More red berries, some sugar cookies dusted with cinnamon and clove spice.

Finish: Very long and warm, baking spices linger and some bittersweet rose tannins that finish at very end.

Only 60 bottles were yielded from this barrel due to its extensive aging.
