🌞It’s HOT outside. Cool off with this super easy drink.
Spiked Summer Lemonade:
In a pitcher, mix 1 can of frozen lemonade concentrate (do not add the recommended water), and 2 bottles (750 ml each) of your favorite Hive Winery Fruit Wine. Stir until bell mixed and serve over ice.
We recommend Strawberry Wine, Zion Curtain Raspberry Wine, or Bishops Daughter Cherry Wine.

🎉New & Very Limited!
The Ultimate Ginger Session Mead will be available at The Hive Winery & Spirits Company starting Thursday June 18th. This fantastic ginger drink comes from Jay’s twisted mind and is designed to be what he wanted in a ginger mead. We thought we were going to have to wait until he left town to release it,😉 but he reluctantly decided to share a modest portion of the stash! We have ONLY 9 cases available, so be sure to grab yours before it runs out.

Be warned though, unless you LOVE ginger, this may not be the mead for you. Made using a heavy handed amount of fresh ginger juice, lemon juice and lime juice, this drink packs a spicy ginger punch. Ultimate Ginger Session Mead starts out with a bright, tart note and intense ginger flavor that mellows into the rich flavorful back tones our mead is known for.

3 days and 31 hours of work later Lori and I have all the raspberry wines made. Should finish to 2275 gallons of Zion curtain raspberry wine, 110 gallons of raspberry honey wine, and 84 gallons of pomegranate wine for good measure. 18 total batches. It will smell amazing at the winery this weekend

Next week comes the racking and pressing.

Just got our red raspberries delivered. 4200 pounds. Unfortunately we outgrew our local farmers but we still want American grown. These are all from Washington State. Time to get making wine.
