3 days and 31 hours of work later Lori and I have all the raspberry wines made. Should finish to 2275 gallons of Zion curtain raspberry wine, 110 gallons of raspberry honey wine, and 84 gallons of pomegranate wine for good measure. 18 total batches. It will smell amazing at the winery this weekend

Next week comes the racking and pressing.

Just got our red raspberries delivered. 4200 pounds. Unfortunately we outgrew our local farmers but we still want American grown. These are all from Washington State. Time to get making wine.

Now, for a limited time, we have Peach Stinger available! You don’t want to wait on this favorite of the wine maker, as we only have 9 cases remaining.

🍑Our fabulous peach stinger is crafted from our original Stinger Hard Cider with 30% peach juice. Flavorful, pleasantly sweet, and just plain yummy, the combination of peaches and apple gives you a bottle of sunshine. To preserve the fantastic peach flavor this cider if not filtered after adding the peach juice, so keep this tasty treat in the refrigerator.

All the peach juice for this stinger is produced in house. We press the farm fresh peaches so we can ensure the best flavored juice to add to the Stinger. It takes a lot of work and time, but the finished stinger makes it all worth white.
