🍷 Plum Wine: Now available at the Hive Winery & Spirits Company.

This wine has a lovely golden orange color, almost a light amber, along with a floral and fruity nose. Bright and crisp on the front with a strong, lingering plum aftertaste. Not overly sweet and well balanced with a subtle complexity. Try it paired with pork or hard cheese.

Plum wine is a seasonal release and is available ONLY at the winery in Layton. This seasonal batch will only be around for a limited time, so be sure to pick up your bottle today.

Looking for an icy treat for combating the heat wave?
Try this super easy sorbet.🍨
Lemonator 🍋Mint Sorbet:
Ingredients:
1 Bottle (355 ml) Lemonator Session Mead (divided in half)
66 g Sugar (⅓ cup)
10 g Fresh Mint Leaves (ripped or chopped)
In a small saucepan, mix 1/2 bottle of Lemonator with sugar, heat until sugar is fully dissolved. Remove from heat and mix in mint. Allow to steep until completely cooled, (about 2 hours) steep longer for more intense mint flavor. Strain out mint leaves with a fine strainer. Mix with the remaining Lemonator in a shallow freezer safe container. Freeze, stirring occasionally to break up ice crystals, or blend once frozen. (Alternatively, you can use an ice cream or slushy machine) Store in freezer and stir well before serving.

Lemonator Session Mead is available at the Winery in Layton and Statewide in 35 of the State Liquor Stores.
