The Rovellotti Nebbiolo Colline Novaresi ‘Valplazza’ 2020 comes from the Valplazza vineyard in southern Ghemme. Made with 100% Nebbiolo and fermented with native yeast in stainless steel, it has red fruit notes, brisk acidity, and firm tannins.
