Is anyone into the gas resurrecting business? Seriously , Park county is the size of Rhode Island and literally has like five gas stations maybe six… you can drive into South Park and not hit a gas station for over 35 miles. Yet- there sits The Ponderosa… We made $1.9 million yearly when we were running the gas station, we’d love to bring that revenue back, we just need an investor.
