Wine is sensitive to heat, and once it’s been damaged, there’s no fixing it. That’s why we carefully temperature-control our inventory and monitor every shipment that comes through our doors.

In fact, if a wine arrives above 75 degrees, we send it back.

It’s one of the many ways we protect the quality of every bottle we sell and one of the things that makes Philippe’s different.
