Dear Customers,

On Friday, July 25th, Boars Head initiated an immediate and voluntary recall of Strassburger Brand Liverwurst and nine additional products produced on the same production line due to possible contamination.

Immediately, The Marketplace at Masthope consulted with our local Boars Head representative to ensure that all products in house were not impacted by the recall. Any items that were recently received by Boars Head that did fall under the recall were removed by Boars Head promptly. Our representative confirmed that (with the exception of the specific products removed out of an abundance of caution) all products in the store are safe.

Additionally, 71 products were added to the recall list earlier this week. We did NOT receive any products this week from Boars Head that were impacted by the recall.

We apologize for any inconvenience these circumstances may have caused this past week. Safety is always our priority. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you again soon.
